Production process

Alepse Film Production is a Bucharest based video production studio. We are here to help you achieve the highest level of production in all capacities. Our experience and collaborative nature allow us to deliver a complete creative product, from beginning to end. Below is a breakdown of the production process and the itemized services that we offer within each stage.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Our Creative Team will work with you to create an innovative video concept and story tailored to your business and advertising needs. This includes:

  • Story concept
  • Key messaging
  • Interview questions and answers
PRE-PRODUCTION PLANNING

At this stage the Project Director and Director of Photography (DoP) is engaged to fully plan and develop the vision for the production stage. This includes:

  • Selection of key filming techniques to achieve your video style
  • Selection of cameras, lenses, lighting, key grips, and audio equipment
  • Selection of crew (camera operators, audio tech,  etc.)
  • Casting
  • Location scouting
  • Cinematography story boarding for key frames and b-rolls
PRODUCTION

The production stage is also known as the execution stage. On the day(s) of shooting, the Project Director, DoP, and crew are responsible for executing of the story board. This includes:

  • Set decor
  • Camera and lighting setup
  • Directing of the crew and talents
  • Filming
  • Recording of voice-overs
POST PRODUCTION

The final stage engages the Editor, Sound Technician, and Colorist. Their services includes:

  • Selection of music and sound design
  • Editing of footage to story
  • Motion graphics and text animation
  • Colour grading
  • Sound Mixing
